▷ Terms of Service

PAYMENT• Payment will be made through a PayPal invoice• 50% or 100% payment upfront. (Client Choice)• Pricing is dependent on complexity and may vary.• If my waitlist is open and I am currently busy. (see queue)• Commissions with a hard deadline will have an add-on fee of at least $100.TIME
• If there is a deadline, please specify! (Rush Order Fee based on deadline time)• I have studio deadlines and multiple commissions ongoing so please be patient. Anime Deadlines at most are 3-4 weeks, or even 24-48 hours or shorter, so while anime production takes priority they don't interrupt major progress due to the short deadline.• Nearly all commissions are animated which take more work than a single illustration.• I try to assign deadlines/estimated finish dates even if no hard deadline is given by client. (see queue)• And while deadlines are deadlines, I do my best to finish before the date.• I will do a rough sketch for revisions or approval. After that you will also receive updates to clean up and color and any questions I might have for something.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• Possible but dependent on how much of the commission has been completed.• For example, if I haven't started yet, you can cancel/refund with no extra fee.• If I do not hear back from you within 2 months, your commission will be cancelled and refunded depending on how much, if any, work was done.REVISIONS
• I will do a rough sketch for revisions or approval. After that you will also receive updates to clean up and color and any questions I might have for something.• I do allow revisions! However please do not ask to change very drastic things like the pose after I've done the final line art, that will cost a fee.USE
• Personal or Streaming use only.• Do not claim as your own.• Do not use as merch or print with the intention to sell without artist's permission and a $100 fee.• Do not sell as NFTs.• Do not use for AI purposes.

Process Steps

  1. After 50% of payment is received, I will draw a draft.

  2. I will draw the layout (rough) animation with the character reference provided.

  3. I will draw a clean sketch of one or more of the frames and correct anything before proceeding to line art. The final payment is paid after this sketch is confirmed.

  4. I will color one of the frames to confirm the character's appearance.

  5. I draw the clean line art and apply any corrections made from step 3.

  6. I color each drawing.

  7. If background is present, it will be painted and any post processing in After Effects is applied.

  • Drawing the layout (rough) takes the most time. But I draw my layouts as clean as I can while staying efficient, so line art and color does not take very long to complete after it is paid in full.
